1. This bike should fit you just fine from seat height to peddle. However You may need to buy a different saddle. The reason i say that is my wife is 5'8" and she has a quite forward seat adjustment (4 out of 5). Saddles are not expensive and a different one would allow you to slide the seat forward a few more inches, so don't let that stop you. This cycles resistance is very adjustable. Good luck!
